Role Summary

• The Secondary Science Teacher is responsible for delivering effective and engaging Science lessons in line with the school’s international curriculum, supporting students’ academic progress and fostering curiosity and inquiry.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Secondary Science according to the approved international curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Assess, record, and report students’ progress accurately and timely.

• Conduct practical activities while ensuring laboratory and classroom safety.
• Support students’ academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Education, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualification and Skills :

• To deliver high-quality Mathematics and Additional Mathematics lessons to secondary students in accordance with the Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE curriculum, enabling students to achieve academic excellence and develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Additional Mathematics lessons.
• Teach students in accordance with the Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare examination materials and support students in achieving academic targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare academic reports.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, professional development activities, and extracurricular programmes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification is preferred.

• Experience teaching Cambridge Checkpoint, IGCSE Mathematics, and Additional Mathematics is highly desirable.
• Experience teaching Cambridge International A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics would be an added advantage.
